Introduction & Preparation

Matching duos
Identifying the right pair
Once the organisation is ready, we guide the process of selecting and forming an effective leadership duo. Together we develop a role design that allows for flexibility within a full-time role, without compromising on strategic goals or results.
- Analysis of personality profiles, competencies and ambitions using the Hogan assessment framework
- Matching complementary duos who reinforce each other's strengths
- Supporting internal mobility and, where necessary, identifying external talent to help retain key talent
Onboarding & Coaching
Laying the foundations for success
Once the leadership duo is in place, we build a strong foundation for collaboration, trust and clear agreements. Duos, managers and HR receive practical tools and recurring coaching so they can hit the ground running and sustain success.
- Duo coaching workshops: at kick-off, after 3 months and later in the year
- Refresher workshop for managers and HR
- Practical toolkit with formats and guidelines for duos, managers and HR
- Monthly progress conversations during the first 6 months
